I use metal straws and hate having to clean them by hand. This works great for sanitizing my straws!

Durability - fits in most dishwashers. Very helpful as our dishwasher had no place for spoons or other smaller utensils.

For the laziest among us, a nice way to avoid washing chop sticks and other small items by hand! The baskets that came with my dishwasher would not hold chopsticks, the holes at the bottom were too big. This holder fits nicely in the dishwasher to hold several small items. The tall walls help ensure items don’t come out of the holder with the pressure of the water. Works great!

Exactly as advertised! We have a love/hate relationship with our dishwasher but with an active toddler it is a necessary tool in the fight to keep our kitchen somewhat clean. Things that always piled up in the sink to be washed while everything else was in the dishwasher include chopsticks and reusable straws. I recognize it doesn’t take that long to wash some straws and chopsticks but every bit of time together is important for us as a family and for us as individuals. I just wanted a short cut. Several searches later led me to this product and it has literally made it even more convenient for us to get all of the dishes and utensils cleaned while we sleep and rest up for another busy day. I chose this product over the steel options because while the plastic could break down over time, I didn’t wanted to think of rust possibilities with the steel one and also feel the slits in the bottom of this utensil holder for water are big enough to let all the water drain but designed well enough that the chopsticks and other small or delicate items cannot fall through. We have had this holder in our dishwasher since we bought it a month ago and have had the cleanest chopsticks and straws come out after a full wash. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a durable and reliable holder for their electric dishwasher or even counter dish washer (not all utensil holders are made of equal standards).

It fits in my dishwasher perfectly, right next to the original silverware basket that my dishwasher came with. It holds many sets of chopsticks so if that is ehat you primarily use to eat with (like me) it is a must-have. I also use it to hold my chopstick rests, there are two compartments and I use the slightly larger one for those. In my experience so far, even the Korean flat chopsticks will not fall through.

Works as expected, holds items that were falling through the holes in the silverware basket.Things get washed, it doesn't move around, seems to work very well.

I use it all the time for chopsticks and for little items like tiny storage containers and lids. I bought another one for my second home.
