This is an exceptionally built, high quality table that blows away anything in its price point. The table top is real acacia wood that is 2+ inches thick not pressed wood to look like acacia wood. The table top comes with the slats preassembled and is split into two pieces.Assembly is joining the two table top pieces, adding two support braces underneath and then adding the four legs. It is SO EASY to assemble and the final product? Wow! Just wow!It looks expensive! Its sturdy! Its well built and again, the table top itself is 2+ inches thick. The table top surface is smooth. There is no uneveness with the slats. Just a soft and smooth, high quality feel to the surface. It feels elegant and looks amazing!Overall dimensions are as advertised and while marketed as a dining room table, I bought it to use as a desk in my office. For the price and what you get, this table cannot be beat. It is miles ahead of the garbage desks sold at places like staples, officemax, etc that are 2x or 3x the price. Table height is perfect for your standard everyday dining room chairs. Your arms will sit at 90 degrees for eating or typing if that helps.So happy with this purchase! Highly recommend!!

This table is beautiful, easy to put together, I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. It looks sturdy. It arrived intact and very well packaged. And it also arrived in two days!

Bought this table because all of the dining sets I was seeing for 4 had small tables and were $500+ dollars for anything that looked nice. Got this table which is plenty of space to pull up extra chairs when guests come and I bought the 4 chairs and it was less than $400, and way better quality. The gaps are wide but I am planning on using a table cloth anyway. Highly recommend.

My first Amazon review to just rave about this beautiful table! It was delivered two days early, only took my boyfriend about 30 minutes to assemble, and it has exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price! I’ve been looking for a real wood table top for months before settling on this one. Heavy wood table and super sturdy! Wood is beautiful! It looks like it’ll be easy to clean and good won’t get into little crevices like my last wood table. So happy with my purchase.

I bought this for its looks and that it had metal legs. A lot of this kind of furniture has wooden legs that wobble and eventually break. These are metal and are solid. Easy to assemble, it only took me an hour by myself. I did have a ratcheting allen driver so I didn't need to use the included wrench. The two part top is securely bolted together so no concern there. The top edge is plenty thick but the slats are thinner, they should still be ok.The only negative might be long term. The listing says you can put it anywhere you need a table and that it is weather resistant. The instructions in the package say indoor use only, not near a window or heating vent. Mine is in a sunroom so we'll see if it fades or cracks. Fading would be ok, I'd like it a little more blond. No one likes cracks.
