This is a pretty basic coffeemaker. It does fit our double sized ceramic travel mugs. I fill the mug with water and then empty the water into the machine. It is pretty quick and makes a decent cup of coffee. I also tried it with a pod of apple cider.

About to purchase a 3rd one!! I have 1 for home, 1 for work and about to get my mom 1 as well .1. Works well for the price.2. Easy to use just fill it up with whatever cup you're GOING TO USE. The amount of water you pour in the tank, is exactly what comes out the spout. It's not a reservoir like the large k-machines3. Takes a while to heat. Brew speed takes about 90 secs -2 mins. I do get cold water from The fridge dispenser which is why it most likely takes longer to heat. Maybe if you use room temp or from the faucet, it won't take as long.4. Buttons are minimal. All it takes is one press of a button and it starts. That's all I need. I dont need 20 options for a cup of tea (kcup tea)

I ordered this for our RV because it had a small footprint which is what we needed. It works very nice and delivered a good cup of coffee. We had a part missing so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent not only one new one out to me but 3. Very nice of them. The reservoir that holds the water sometimes is slow to drain but there is a screen that can be removed to speed up this step.The temperature of the coffee is very hot when done which I really like. This is my first single serve coffee maker so I have little to compare it too but it seems to do well.

Worked great for 6 weeks then water heating system became slower and slower until non-existence. Yes, tried household vinegar, nope. Yes, tried 25% vinegar, nope. Yes, tried CLR, nope.

They need show how much is put into the system for water because I didn’t know how much water put in now it leaked out from the bottom of the system coffee machine I did loving it but not not

We had this less than 2 months and it died. The pump seemed to stop working. I bit the bullet and bought a Keurig. Pained me to do so but you get what you pay for. We weren't asking a lot from the Chulux, maybe 3 cups a day at most. Don't waste your money. Spend the extra $20.
