The night vision binoculars are excellent for the price but there are some functionality details that will be useful to know prior to purchase. They are excellent as long as expectations are managed based on the price. First, the presentation with how the item is shipped along with what you get is that of a higher end item. The y did an excellent job with this. The functionality of the item, it is easy to use, the user interface is fairly easy to manage. The item is not too heavy. During day use, the digital binoculars are amazing. They work excellent and the Color and sharpness of the picture is great. It has a flashlight to be used with dusk mode that makes anything within close range clearly visible. The IR night vision use of this item works well to excellent. There are different levels of output for the IR emitter. A person is able to see 100 to 150 feet out easily I’m ir mode. The only issue I’ve found is, the ir emitter seems to send out a more focused light beam so while you are looking and using the night vision. The amount of area lit up by the emitter seems to be narrow and focused to a point. The unit would be fully amazing if this was not the case. The emitter will light up a focused point to where maybe you are able to see the area you are looking at in 1?4 to half the screen well. If the emitter would spread the light out more, i think you would get better functionality out of the unit. Although the way it is, the item is more than useable. I’ve been able to pick out armadillos in the middle of a pitch black night up to 300 feet away. So to reiterate, the item is way more than i expected for the money. I’d expect to spend closer to 500 to get a unit that is packaged and set up like such a higher end model. The only small kink in it is the ir emitter that doesn’t spread the light beam across the entire field of view, although for the money the functionality that it does have is way more than i expected. I’ve let a few of my neighbors use it, They were thoroughly impressed. So much so they offered to purchase them from me for between 400 and 600 bucks. I don’t think you can go wrong with purchasing a set of these, especially for the money.

I should start by saying I've got some experience with military night vision goggles and these ain't them. That said, what you get for the price is actually quite good and they've got quite a few features - regular, magnifying binocular-like monocular/telescope kind of thing, but it also records in 4K and takes pictures, it has some night vision, again not military grade and not binocular, and you often really need an IR spotlight pointing at what you're trying to see, but they'd still be fun for a scout troop or something.They're kind of like an all-in-one printer - they do a lot of different things OK but aren't the best at anything.But they look a whole lot like Luke Skywalker's macrobinoculars from Ep IV, so... there's that.

I purchased this and another camera once I read specifications below are the PROS and CONS.PROS: This has a nice display, fair digital zoom, Optical zoom is focus point I believe. good IR light control. I can focus on objects 300+ feet away, Strap and Tripod mount SD card included.It has a backlight for buttons, Lithium battery rather than 6AA battery. Easy to find settings in dark.Overall rating: Better IR view than expected ( I have home security camera that use IR night vision ) I like the backlight and rechargeable battery! Covenant settings for controls in the dark. Better MP camera but focus and view not as good

Something's off with the IR illuminator when trying to look at a tree line it shines so low I can't see what I'm trying to look at I have to aim to the top of the trees to get the illuminator to light up the ground then it's pretty much out of my field of view. Also my farsightedness makes it difficult to see the screen without using reader glasses.

by changing the focus I can see nearly .5 mile with a full moon, and about 200 yards with IR illumination. I also have external illuminators that help a lot. I can watch the wildlife working through my front lawn, or sleeping. I was able to find the raccoons that were eating the cat's food. And the armadillo that was tearing up my backyard every night.

These night vision glasses are well made and come with easy-to-understand instructions. They have a good size viewing screen and a zoom feature. The glasses have 3 adjustable levels if IR intensity which is a great feature.These glasses are powered by a long-lasting Lithium Ion battery. Straight away you can see and feel the build quality, especially for the price. Very easy to use, the controls light up so you can see everything you need really helps as well (you can turn the light off) the torch is also a useful feature. All round a great product.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di testare un visore notturno particolarmente interessante, che permette di osservare l'ambiente circostante in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione. Arriva in una custodia rigida ben realizzata, che garantisce una buona protezione contro gli urti. All'interno della confezione trovano posto, un cavo di ricarica USB di tipo C, una piccola bussola, un panno in microfibra per la pulizia dello schermo, una scheda micro-SD da 32GB, una tracolla e un manuale d’uso, disponibile in più lingue, tra cui l’italiano.Le dimensioni del visore sono di 215x145x60 mm, simili a quelle di un comune binocolo, il suo peso è di circa 750 grammi. L'apparecchio è alimentato da una batteria interna ai polimeri di litio da 500 mAh, che permette un utilizzo continuativo di circa 18 ore. La ricarica avviene tramite il cavo USB-C fornito in dotazione utilizzando un qualsiasi caricatore per smartphone.Sulla parte posteriore, a sinistra, è presente un sensore a luce infrarossa, mentre a destra è presente l’obiettivo con filtro IR. La presa è sicura grazie agli inserti in gomma e alla tracolla inclusa che aggiunge una ulteriore comodità.Per quel che riguarda la qualità delle immagini è davvero buona, sia di giorno che di notte. In condizioni diurne, la visione va da 50 cm all’infinito, mentre al buio si arriva fino a circa 600 metri. La messa a fuoco è manuale, regolabile tramite una ghiera posta sull’obiettivo. Montando il visore su un treppiedi dotato di perno filettato da 1/4", si ottiene una qualità d'immagine ancora migliore, riducendo i movimenti, in questo caso è possibile eseguire riprese in time-lapse con intervalli variabili tra 2, 5 o 10 secondi, oppure eseguire foto con scatti continui, molto utili per catturare particolari immagini.Questo visore notturno mi ha sorpreso per la sua qualità, le numerose funzioni e l’ottima costruzione. Tra gli aspetti positivi, segnalo la buona qualità delle immagini, la versatilità e la protezione IP65, se avesse avuto la messa a fuoco automatica sarebbe stato il top, ma anche così è davvero ottimo.
