Seems like decent quality and provides a good surface for my walking treadmill. Doesn't slip around. This is on a vinyl plank floor, on ground floor standard crawl space. I can't say if it reduces noise for certain, but I'm guessing it is quieter with it than without. (I got the mat and treadmill same time, so never used without the mat).

Fits perfectly under the walking pad I bought it for. Folds up nice if needed as well.

Fits perfectly under the walking pad, with just a little showing in the front and back and on the sides. Protects my floor. Could also be used for exercise but it's not very thick or cushioned.

I have wood floors that I didn't want to take a chance damaging. I bought the mat to go under a walking pad. It was too long. I was able to easily cut the extra off. I would recommend this matt if you are going to use exercise equipment on a wood floor.
