I haven’t tried turning it on with batteries so I’m not sure if it works. But it arrived broken.

Everything stated in the packages was in the box...EXCEPT for the USB Cord.Will not return as its being used for my Daughter's Party this weekend and won't make it back to me in time for her Party.

I love it, however the letters are very quick to fall down once you place them in the sign, so you constantly (very annoying) have to pick them up. Besides that, it looks great.

My 14 yo and 10 yo each wanted a lightbox for Christmas. This particular one was the least expensive so we got 2. It's a great product and they both love it. One of them came without the black letters. I contacted the company. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and let me know customer satisfaction is top priority and took care of it. We are very happy with our purchases. I would highly recommend.

I got these for my girls for Christmas because they were on sale. I’m not sure who likes it more - me or them. I’m using it as decoration for a birthday party coming up. The only thing I would change is to provide storage for the characters. There are quite a bit, which is nice, but figuring out how to keep them organized has been a little tricky.
