We absolutely love this pan so far! I bought two because my husband and I love stir fry. We each stir fry our own meal so we are able to have ingredients we each love. It’s worked out very well. The reason I purchased Circulon is because I bought two of their stir fry pans twenty years ago and loved them. They were just starting to stick a bit.The new pans are about 1.75 inches larger then the last. The last ones were 12 inches. There is plenty of flat space and it seems to cook evenly. These are heavy and well made pans. Cleaning them is a breeze! After they’ve cooled I simply rinse out any residue and wipe it well with a soapy dish cloth and rinse it thoroughly. You will not be disappointed.

I've had this for a while now and use it almost every day. Please understand that this is a large, deep pan. And with the two handles, it's long. So it comes out of the dishwasher beautifully, I can't stand it up anywhere so it monopolizes the entire bottom of the dishwasher. That said, small price to pay for such a wonderful item. The bottome is perfectly flat and the heat distribution is wonderful. The lid is plastic but sturdy. The star of the show is the non-stick coating which is freakin' bulletproof. Not all non-stick coatings are created equally and this is top-notch. I've burned tomato sauce and rinsed it out. I'm going back to buy the rest of the set because now my other pans make me sad. If you can deal with the size, you can't go wrong with this pan.

For years I've owned my old wok but lately I've been searching for a quality wok to replace my old one with. I am very picky on what I usually like, however, when I saw Circulon (only my favorite brand!!) has a new 14" Scratch defense non stick and with a lid, I knew I had a wishlist! I cook so much for my family of 6, this was the perfect addition to my kitchen! Super easy to clean and use without getting my fingers burned. As well as the non stick is very true, extremely easy to cook. I love making stir fry with salmon and vegetables or chicken with fried rice! It's wide and spacious and cooks evenly. I love the stunning lid where it helps to steam and cook everything together! Excellent quality design, Circulon yet again never fails to disappoint me. Makes a perfect gift for a loved one, holiday gift or special occasion for someone who loves to cook! It leaves my food tasting delicious, healthy and nutritious! Easy cooking, easy cleaning, easy meals.

I like these pans (small and medium set) quite a lot. For one thing, they have flat bottoms, unlike so many pans I've tested in the last few years. Why manufacturers make frypans with domed bottoms I cannot fathom, as the oil (and sometimes the food) flows to the edge, leaving a dry center. The circular pattern in the bottom also seems to help. The pans, and in particular the nonstick coatings, seem sturdy. One tiny quibble is that the cooking areas seem a bit smaller than other pans with the same nominal sizes. Also, lids would be nice. When my current 12" frypan needs replacing, I'll be choosing the Circulon in this size.

I have purchased high priced cookware in the past but I must admit, circulon products are as good or better. The non stick service is fantastic and the thick bottoms heat the pan evenly.

I outgrew a 10" nonstick "saute" pan, but it also had a slight "crown" in the bottom, so any butter or oil in it tended to flow to the outer edge. This one is completely flat and has concentric circle ridges in the bottom. You can brown in it without oil ir butter. If you do use oil or butter, that will evenly disperse over the bottom. The nonstick is very heavy duty and advertises use with metal utensils. Easy cleaning, solid construction, with non-vented glass lid. Has a helper handle as well. Is hefty. Handles are insulated.
