So far it easily handles the smaller projects I hate getting the regular sm out. Great price , arrived quickly, preemptive contact to ask me if everything was OK. Happy all around here.

I sew a lot. I hand quilt and have a fancy pants sewing machine. I bought this to play with. It’s like buying a toy guitar instead of a Gibson. Don’t expect the world. That being said. It’s functional. There is only one thread source. So the thread. Will come apart easily if broken or pulled. YOU HAVE TO KNOT THE END. The directions are super limited but it’s not that difficult if you have a little patience and practice before you use it on your project. I don’t see this as a long term solution to anything. It seems to work for quick mends when you’re in a bind.

The thread would come out at the slightest tug. I tried repairing a glove with this and the machine kept moving the glove off of its track, it wants you to use you hand to change the direction of the path but the issue is that with one hand you can only pull it in one direction. So you can’t sew in a straight line because it keeps throwing your material in the wrong direction and so you need to course correct, but then you end up with a line that is anything but straight. I feel like the ability to sew in a straight line is a must for something like this, not everything you sew will be a square piece of fabric and if you try sewing anything with an awkward shape, you’ll end up getting more frustrated than anything. And did I mention how the thread after sewn just pops right out with the smallest tug? because it does! I even tested it on the sample that was provided in the package.

There is only one thread feed in this gadget and the stitches produced are a daisy chain stitch on the reverse. As a result, the sewing is easily ripped off by just pulling the thread! Waste of money.

My daughter wanted to make doll clothes, and I needed to figure out how to help her. Then I found this Handheld Sewing Machine. It’s small, easy to use, and great for simple projects. It’s light and portable, so I can sew anywhere without using a big machine. It’s perfect for beginners and quick fixes!

It appears I received an u it already used. I didn’t open it right away so I wasn’t aware. Attempted to use today and it’s Impossible to thread. As others have pointed out, single thread with nothing to secure your stitching. Complete waste of money.
