Installation Notice
Before Steering Column Disassembly
- Lift both front wheels off of the ground
- Turn the wheels straight ahead
- Position the steering wheel at the 11 o'clock position
Successful Sensor Installation
- Accurately align sensor to center of shaft keyway. Line the hole up very important, make sure before you take the old one out
- Remove sensor locking pin AFTER sensor is fully seated
- Perform quality cheek: locking pin hole fully visible in window
- Use the scan tool to recalibrate steering by aiming steering wheel straight.
