I was disappointed at first because my desk top became wobbly in a short amount of time. I emailed Claiks customer service and was impressed by the quick response time and solution to my problem. They were very professional and I’m pleased with the response.

Piece of junk!Had this item put together and used for one meeting and it got stuck in the highest position without allowing you to lower it again. After taking the product apart, back to the way it was shipped, the raising and lowering mechanism will no longer lower. It is stuck in the highest position and will not move further. Our office was under renovation and could not get this put together within the 30 days of refund time frame. BUYER BEWARE***Update, seller contacted me after my review and sent a replacement. This seems to be much better, mechanics are working well and nothing is falling apart. It could be I just got a bad one of the batch. Happy to have a working tray for our meetings at the office.

I bought this because I needed a small desk but don’t have dedicated space for one - this is perfect! The size is great and the casters make getting it out of the way easy as anything. It’s sturdy, and the mechanism that raises/lowers it works without a hitch. I’m so happy I chose this one.

It was a great desk and perfect until it wasn’t. One day the loft just stopped working. I barely used the lift to move the desktop and down. Typically it was just in one place during the time I needed it. Once in awhile I would raise it. But now it will raise but fall immediately. The lift stopped working completely. And the return window has closed. Wish it would have lasted longer than just a couple of months.

This is a very well made price. It’s very sturdy and easily goes up and down. I’m confused by the reviews that say it’s difficult to put together, as I fully assembled the entire thing in maybe 15 minutes. For reference, I’m in my mid 30’s, I’m less than 5 ft tall, and I have a serious back injury from a major car accident when I was young. I don’t workout and am pretty dang weak. I thought my husband would have to assemble it, but I got tired of waiting on him, so I attempted it myself. They provide all screws and tools needed to assemble this desk and the instructions are very easy to understand. It was so simple and I am pretty happy so far! Also, anyone saying the wheels don't glide easily probably doesn't realize one or more of the wheels are locked.

Es un buen escritorio: buen diseño, buenos materiales y buenos acabados.Hace exactamente lo que dice la descripción.Mis únicas observaciones "negativas" son:1) Es más sensible al tacto de lo que esperaba: Se empieza a mover casi con cualquier contacto y tarda algunos segundos en dejar de moverse. Esto hace que se sienta extraño teclear en él y que al momento de hacer videollamadas o videoconferencias la imagen se esté moviendo constantemente si uno manipula la computadora o toca el escritorio.2)La posición más alta no es suficientemente alta: Yo mido 1:80 y siento que le faltan unos cm de altura cuando trabajo de pie. La pantalla de la laptop queda ligeramente más abajo de lo que me gustarÃa.Fuera de eso me gustó mucho y sà lo volverÃa a comprar y sà lo recomendarÃa, salvo que los detalles mencionados sean un factor determinante.
