I had ordered the exact same model which was a half-size too big.I returned them and ordered the same model with the correct size.While the first pair, which was too big, came in a proper box and packaging, the second pair came in a simple bag, with another Amazon bag on top of it.When I opened them, there was no packaging, nothing to keep these protected from hitting each other and nothing inside the boots, like paper, to keep their form. The boots looked already worn by someone else with obvious creases at the front of both shoes.This is the first time that I get this type of product from Clarks. I only buy this brand because of its quality and this is obviously a gross error.Beware: if you get something like that, return the product automatically and get a refund.This is ridiculous.

I wore these once and they rubbed a terrible blister on my ankle. I was wearing calf socks. I’ve never had a pair of boots do that. My daughter also said they looked like fancy rain boots. I returned them. Sad because I’ve liked Clark’s before. Not sure what was up.

The sizing runs true, maybe slightly bigger by 0.5 length wise but that's fine cause I have wide and flat feetReally comfy as usual and the leather is soft to not need too much of a running in nv
