These envelopes aren't the best quality but I use them for archived documents. I've used one in the mail and it got through. Not sure I'll go this route again.

I have been looking high and low for envelopes that DON'T have that awful new square hole/ circle shape steel clasp. They are waaaay too strong at keeping things closed AND EVERYONE IS DENTED BESIDES THE TOP AND BOTTOM ENVELOPES. These ones have a softer, flatter metal (maybe brass? Dunno!) but it has the smallest of dents AND MORE IMPORTSNTLY NO METAL RUBBED OFF ONTO THE ENVELOPE BELOW IT FROM THE HINGE.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY WITH THIS FORMUAL, DO NOT CHANGE LIKE THE OTHER ONES DID. This was about 2-3 companies worth of trying and I'm SO happy to have found these guys. I use these envelopes for very speciric replicas of stuff and these are just the best!
