Received these chairs quickly. They were easy to put together. Just don't tighten the screws all the way to begin with. Then before putting the seat pad on, tighten all the screws completely. Chairs seem sturdy and are not wobbly. Great for our waiting room!

This is a great, sturdy chair. It's very comfortable. It's very easy to assemble right out of the box--the only tool you need is the Allen wrench that is provided.I would have given it five stars if the backpiece was just a little higher.

Needed a very sturdy chair for my husband to use in his closet. Everything about this chair was excellent but we needed a handyman to assemble it and frankly remove the packaging so though the cost doubled it was still worthwhile. Many people could do this without a handyman. Best feature is the arms.

These chairs are absolute trash, and the sellers are too. I bought 2 of these chairs a few months ago and they were pretty decent. A little cheap, but good enough for the price. We got 16 more after making sure the first ones were decent and then everything went down hill. The first three we put together were totally messed up. The frames were crooked and none of the bolt holes lined up. Before getting into the rest of the chairs we reached out to the seller to get something figured out and they just kept telling us we were assembling them incorrectly. We sent pictures and videos and they finally just told us to send them back, but they wouldn't cover shipping. I figured we would just take a bit of a loss on shipping if we could get some money back and get rid of these horrible chairs. But then shipping was $1,100. We tried working things out with the sellers again and they told me they would send me three replacement chairs. I told them I wanted to make sure there weren't more chairs that were bad first so they said to go ahead and put the rest together and let them know. Out of 16 chairs there was only one that actually went together how it should. When I got back to them how many were bad they responded saying, sorry you are having issues, please send us pictures and we will try to help you resolve your problem. As if we had just started this conversation! Don't buy chairs from these people or anything else they are selling!

Purchased this chair after having full (right) hip replacement, so as to sit and move at the dinner table. It is rock solid, arms at good height (I’m 6 foot male), and rolls well. The claimed ergonomic back rest is not hype; the chair is quite comfortable for sustained use. Assembly is straightforward if close attention is payed to the minimal instructions. At its price it’s an excellent value. Our assembly was aided by the appropriate metric Allen T-wrench, which afforded tight installation of the screws. The included wrench would likely not have allowed a tight fit unless kludged with pliers. Good buy, and I write few such reviews.

Great chairs for a small office

Difficult to set up. Ample seat, comfortable. One pre-drilled hole in the frame did not line up with the cushion's pre-drilled bolt hole, so the seat cushion is secured with only three bolts on my chair. Castors are flimsy and don't swivel easily. The arm rests are just the right height to hit my table so the chairs don't fit under the table.
