DO NOT GO BY SIZES LISTED ON WEBSITE.I AM A SIZE 42" WAIST AND A "LARGE" 38"-47" DID NOT FIT AT ALL."XL" SAYS 46"-56" ?!?! NO WAY JOSE.....42"-46" MAYBE MAX.HOWEVER, IT IS A HIGH-QUALITY ITEM AND DESERVES 5*.

I needed support for my back while working at a food bank. I used the size information on the site and it was just right. The support fits well, is comfortable and very sturdy. Good quality and support but measurements run smaller than advertised. I wear a size 36" waist and after the medium did not fit, I reordered a large, which fits great.

I use it at work when lifting ANYTHING. I work in an inventory position which requires lift heavy boxes and products. This belt gives the proper support I need to do my job.
