DO NOT GO BY SIZES LISTED ON WEBSITE.I AM A SIZE 42" WAIST AND A "LARGE" 38"-47" DID NOT FIT AT ALL."XL" SAYS 46"-56" ?!?! NO WAY JOSE.....40"-46" MAYBE MAX.HOWEVER, IT IS A HIGH-QUALITY ITEM AND DESERVES 5*.

Solid quality but a few less inches around the middle than stated. Extended the waist with velcro straps from the fabric store and it seems to still support what needs supporting.

Does exactly what I needed it to do. I'm a heavy set woman who needed support when I'm watching my grandkids. It fits great and supports well. At a great prices. I'm hapoy!

This met all expectations for a back brace of this type. I was very pleased to find one in a bigger size. It is comfortable & provides the needed support. It is also proportionally wide enough to offer maximum support.*****UPDATE******Okay, two years later, the elastic in the back is no longer elastic. It's now a barely useful brace. I used to wear it while doing yardwork, now I can only wear it if I'm not bending or sitting.I will be looking for a replacement.

This back support is one of it's kind pricewise. I have being using it for a project in my backyard that involves a lot of bending... I was surprised with the quality of this back support.. the stiches are aligned and no loose treads. Velcro holds the belt tight an in place. It has 3 transversal plastic "ribs" that add extra support. I have been working in the safety industry for more than 20 years... and this is a very good support considering its price. I will definitely buy it again.
