Ignore all the negative reviews. My wife has OCD and cleans multiple times a day. She also cleans businesses and homes. This is not only in her opinion the best vacuum cleaner but, it's the best I have ever used. This thing could suck the chrome off of a trailer ball. Seriously, don't get this thing near your eyes. Don't fool around with it like that. Serious injury will happen.It has a great filter on the backside that lowers the output sound and cleans the air going out. Bags are cheap and easy to get online.Don't let this vacuums generic look scare you off. This is far better than any vacuum the BIG D name makes or any other company. It's even better than any of the shop vac's I've owned. Craftsman makes the best for suction and it beats that.

After I took all the pieces out to make sure everything was there, I noticed that there was no upholstery tool, as was pictured in the manual. I connected with Amazon and eventually was put in contact with the seller, Johnson Vac & Sew. It took a bit of explaining for me to understand this does not come with the usual, recognizable upholstery tool. The dusting tool converts to an upholstery tool by lowering the flaps. I personally wanted the one that the Manuel describes. So they did send one out to me, but I want anyone reading this to be aware that it does not come with a regular upholstery tool, like the last photo shows. However, love the vacuum and the soft hose. Also has a long sturdy cord.

This vacuum works wonderfully—it’s lightweight (relative to other canister vacs) and yet cleans, well, obsessively. Our issue is that we cannot detach the floor cleaning tool from the wand or the wand from the hose. This means we cannot use any of the attachments for upholstery, etc. I have contacted the company four times, using both the contact/message feature on their website and emailing the support address, but have gotten no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of my messages.

I have looked for a good quality canister vacuum for years that is well made with quality parts, great suction and good maneuverability. I have bought several poor ones that I've struggled with and finally tossed out. I was afraid no one made good canisters anymore, but this is a great vacuum! Heavy duty construction, great suction, good heads, hose, wheels and a very long cord. It's a little heavy, but I can put up with that.I have had this vacuum for four years, and I love it! It holds up to heavy demand of dog/cat hair and tracked in dirt from a gravel driveway! It's great.

Purchased this a few months ago and have used it maybe 10 times. It not sucking, and there’s nothing stuck anywhere as I have used a shop vac to pull out anything if it were to be stuck. Washed out the hose and still nothing. Don’t recommend.
