Excellent quality. When cut to size, work beautifully as spacers, with silicone caulk, for mounting vinyl shutters to a steel building.

Worked great for me. I cut it into 5/8 inch chunks and used it as bushings to mount a radiator. Soft enough to compress a little bit but strong enough to hold to gather work a bolt through the center.
