I have an old tea cart with wooden wheels and a groove where I believe a round leather material once was. This 3/8" solid rubber fir perfectly.

Great replacement for recessed seal. Used as a transmission cover seal on a cat D47U. Worked perfectly and better than the $300 caterpillar seal!
