I have an inventory process in which requires me to have a scan code on each item. I tag the item with the bar code and then on the outside of the package as well. When I began using this tagging gun, I went straight for my usual size tag so I could avoid potentially damaging any fabric with a large hole left behind. The tip of this needle is just a bit bigger than a sewing machine needle and can easily fit into an existing seam without being noticeable. Some of my higher end fabric items don’t put tags just print so I am forced to find an inconspicuous spot where I can tag. This tag gun has allowed me to be assured that the tagging process will not damage the fabric because it is so small. In addition, the tip is the only thing that needs to be inserted into the fabric because of the way the gun pulls and attaches the plastic tag piece. I like that the needle guard is attached on a string so it won’t get lost. I have been using this gun for some time now and have yet to look for additional plastic tag pieces once mine run out so I am hoping that I am able to find them. The ones that come with the gun have a finer plastic string in between the two ends which is another plus as I’m not working with a thick un-pliable plastic which creates difficulty when tagging on smaller pieces. The next best part besides the aforementioned information is the fabulous uncrushable case that it comes in to hold everything together in one place. It’s got what feels like a hard plastic insert on both the top and bottom thereby creating a safety net for the entire set. The needles are extremely sharp and can pierce through pretty thick material like denim so including a thick safe case for protection is genius. It is compact, not much thicker that a 300 page book and is easily stored away without taking up too much space. It was well worth the grab and it fits in my desk drawer perfectly. I have a huge love for this new gun I have and I know there will be no disappointment in getting it for yourself.

Have you ever made the mistake of taking off the tags before you try a clothing item on? I have and then I was stuck with it. This is a small tag gun so you don’t need a lot of room to store it. It comes with a lot of extra tags. 6 different needles. It is very easy to use. Great price.
