This knee pillow works really well! It’s comfortable. It’s soft. It’s not too big and it has a cool feeling to it.

This seems like it would work pretty well - IF you have smallish legs. I'm nearly six feet tall, and am what we shall politely call a "woman of size." This does not fit on my legs where it's shown on the model's legs! (I guess that's why she's a model...) To use it, I'd have to position it just below my knees, which kind of defeats the purpose. It doesn't keep my knees apart, and it doesn't stay in place well.And while I might get skinny one day (hey! it's possible!), I'll never get short, and the length of the pillow felt equally lacking for the length of my femurs. I feel like an option that was 20-25% larger in all dimensions might work better for larger/taller people.Otherwise the firmness of the pillow was great - as it happened, I did get an awful blister on my heel a few days after this pillow arrived. I used the pillow to keep my foot elevated from the bedsheets and let air circulate while I slept, and it stayed firm and supportive all night long.

I just got it today, but so far I really like it. The cooling gel is a nice detail, as I am a very hot sleeper.

I don't know why I expected a knee pillow to really make a difference in my comfort when I sleep. I actually found it to be more annoying for my sleep style. I usually have a hand between my thighs while I sleep and the pillow gets in the way, which makes me less comfortable. I also tend to turn a bit and I use a weighted blanket, so trying to keep the pillow in place gets difficult. I didn't have any sleep pain prior to ordering this, so it's possible I just never needed one. It would be nice if this came with an additional cover because the white one will eventually get dingy.
