I have CLR for years. I trust this brand and it works effectively. There are no issues after using in my kettle, and it cleaned it perfectly and remove the scaling. It cleaned the hard water marks in my bathroom, especially my shower hardware, including the showerhead, allowing it to flow more freely. It’s fantastic that it’s made in America and does not have very harmful chemicals. I am comfortable using this for my family. It is a value for money.

Picked up the CLR Brands Automotive Calcium, Lime & Rust Remover Spray to clean up some older tools around the house. The spray does a decent job at dissolving calcium, lime, and rust as it states. It doesn't remove all of it away, and you do need to use some force to scrub off the non-superficial buildup. Overall, I think this works mostly as it should. You need several applications or longer soaking time to really get a good clean though, depending on how long the buildup has been there. I also use this for my faucet in the house as well, so works for multi-purpose.

This CLR Calcium, Lime, and Rust Remover Spray is highly effective at removing tough stains and deposits from a variety of surfaces, especially in automotive and garage environments. It works quickly to dissolve calcium, lime, and rust buildup, making it a versatile and useful cleaning product. However, the bottle did leak during shipping, which is a concern for storage and transport. Also, the product requires careful application due to its strong acidic nature, and it’s not suitable for certain materials like aluminum or painted surfaces.Overall, it’s a powerful cleaner for the right applications, but the packaging could be improved to prevent leaks.

I've used CLR for years, and nothing beats it for removing calcium, lime, and light surface rust. That said, if they intend to sell these bottles for shipping, they need to change the packaging. Most automotive detailing brands ship the bottles capped, secured with Gripper tape; and package the sprayer separately. Not so here. The bottle came in a padded envelope, and the inside of the envelope and outside of the bottle were coated in a fine film of CLR that stunk to high heaven.I can't fault Amazon, this is a packaging issue on the part of CLR. Great product, but buy it at retail.

This spray works wonders ! I am constantly dealing with limescale and soap scum, due to hard water, but this spray made easy work or removing stains that I couldn't get out of my shower, no matter how hard I scrubbed. I thought I would never see my showerhead without limescale buildup but all I did was remove the shower head and set it in a container and then allowed the spray to remain on in for about an hour. I barely had to wipe the showerhead because the limescale came off so easily. It doesn’t have an overwhelming chemical smell and it didn't stain or ruin my clothes when I accidently spilled some on myself. I am impressed that it works so well and my shower looks so much better. This is definitely a product that will be a staple in my house!

I use this all over my El Camino project car when disassembling parts and cleaning areas that haven't been exposed in 45 years. I like it better than degreaser for getting oxidations and rust off the surface and clearing the way for work. Good stuff.

This cleaner is a lifesaver for tackling tough mineral deposits in your car. It effectively removes calcium, lime, and rust stains from various surfaces, restoring their original shine. Plus, it's EPA Safer Choice Certified, so it's a safer option for both you and the environment. If you're dealing with stubborn mineral buildup in your vehicle, this product is a must-try.

Not sure if the formula has been improved but seems to work better than I recall. Used on calcium build up around my faucets and seems to break down the deposit. Usually you will want to use the mildest method as stronger, harsher ingredients comes with their own drawbacks. This product seems to be a good balance although the instructions indicates not to leave on any surface for too long.
