This is a solid item that I used to fix my forklift charger. Works like a champ and at a reasonable price. However, the wiring diagram is not 100% correct. Use only the one wire for each voltage, don't connect all of the wires for each subsequent voltage as well. Luckily, I had my electrician handy and he pointed out that it was wrong.
