After I overheated my truck and cooked the original O rings, I installed these motorcraft O rings and my truck now runs like new! I am very pleased. If you need replace injector O rings, always buy OEM and nothing else… period.

Do not buy these. I had a failure 2 months after installing them and now there are pieces of rubber stuck in my injectors. Buy your oem parts from the dealer, these are not from ford. Zoom in on the photo and you can see the deterioration on the pink and blue o rings. The kit from ford does not come with blue upper o ring. It’s black with 2 white stripes

Count and check all your o ring before you start the job I got 2 of the same o rings but was shorted 1 of the others so I had to reuse a old o ring.

These O-rings are OEM quality and not chinese made products with inferior materials that fail more quickly. We still run 5 trucks using the 7.3L Powerstroke and all engines are over 200K miles so we've had the chance to do plenty of repairs and maintenance to keep them on the road. Cutting corners on quality with any of the wear parts in the engine is a bad idea. Stick with OEM or better.

I was told by the mechanic that diagnosed my starting problems on my 99 f 350 7.3 diesel that I had a failed o-ring on one of the left bank fuel injectors. he also told me to get the oem O-rings be cause they were viton and not rubber.changed all on left bank and now it starts like new.
