I have had a nightmare working with the duplexing on my printer. I have two duplexers in a box in my closet. Geek squad came out spent some time on my printer and said that the only thing they could suggest was to get a new duplexer. I went to HP and they don't offer it because my printer isn't covered anymore. So I did some walking through Ebay, etc, and found a whole levy of refurbished ones which I had bought before but they don't last long. Then I decided to check out Amazon because if there was a problem Amazon would take care of it. I found a company called Karagas who claimed that my duplexer was NEW, now I didn't know that was possible, everyone just reworks them, right? Well, I got this device, I went over it with a fine tooth comb, and there isn't a mark, fingerprint, etc on it, even the plastic parts looked new, IT HAS TO BE NEW! So I tried it out, no noise, just a fine hum while it was going through the process. It works like new! I am totally thrilled with my NEW KARAGAS DUPLEXER! Thank you guys, for a job well done. I am going to remember your name if I ever need anything else.

Not much to say. I opened the box, took out the old duplex tray from the printer, put this one back in … DID WHAT I DISCOVERED I NEEDED TO DO TO MAKE IT WORK CORRECTLY … and it worked.The thing is, just by accident, I discovered from watching a video on You Tube which I found, again, by accident, that, after you put the duplexer into the printer, you have to go to the screen of the printer, tap the screen in a secret/non-obvious way to bring up a set of hidden settings that I never new about before, make various selections and THEN you are done.This is not a reason to not buy this, since the video was made by HP itself, and you have to do this with even name brand OEM HP duplexers (which I could not find for sale anywhere). But, you do need to watch the installation video … as this item does not provide instructions that I know of.

Unfortunately my copier doesn’t give you advanced warning that the replacement ink container is full, it just shut down. In looking for the replacement part I found out my copier had been discontinued. But… as always I was able to find a compatible part on Amazon and it worked. This part is compatible with a number of copiers.

Thought this was HP approved. i have to cancel warning that drum is full for every print. would not buy off brand again.

I am really impressed with this product as I couldn’t get one from HP. It is as good as the original and only problem was that it was leaving some marks on paper. I am picking this will go as it was probably coming from marks last module left.

Fit like OEM tray into the printer. Don’t bother waiting for HP parts to call you. Get this for your printer and much faster for delivery. Also, a lot cheaper than OEM one.
