Note:

  • Make sure the MDF spoilboard is secured well to the machine bed.
  • Make sure the CNC material is clamped tight to the MDF spoilboard / machine bed, or you will get vibration, chatter, poor cut finish, and can possibly break your cutting bit.
  • Do not use any lubricant when you use an MDF spoilboard. It will swell and expand if it gets wet. So using spray or mist coolant or oils is not recommended.

This board is made extremely well. As I could not find one for "MySweety" 3020 CNC machine I purchased this board. The corner holes do not quite line up to the holes on my machine but I used it as a template for one I made. I will alter the corner holes of the Genmitsu spoil board to suit my machine. The multiple holes make it very easy to line up and fix down the workpiece, the measurements are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this spoil board.

Very poorly made. The surface is nowhere near flat. The material is raised around all of the holes. I ended up cutting my own. This was a waste of money.

Received item timeously. Find the product workmanship not up to standard. Each hole drilled on the MDF has a lip at the surface creating high and low spots so when placing you material it is never square with the surface.

I extended the bed on my 3018 Prover v2 which caused m to order another spoil board and it fitted perfectly.
