This is a realistic looking, metal dagger. I bought it for my child only to discover it is metal, rigid and not for play. I took off one star because the description should be clear about it, it came up second in my search for a toy dagger. It’s very well made and realistic.

This is meant for cosplay not for use for anything else the sides and point are dull. Perfect for costume and safety.

The dagger is cool but if you plan to use this for a costume in college be careful. I got this for my Halloween costume that I plan to wear to my college town bars and did not realize that it was so heavy duty and pretty legit. It’s a heavy metal (not sharp but still) and I am not sure if I will be allowed to bring this into the bar as it could definitely be used as a weapon but it will definitely work perfect for pictures.

It’s a very pretty knife and the packaging is thoughtful (including the sheath) for something worth $10, but it came in SO dull you can’t even cut anything with it, even thought it was fake at first but it’s real steel. I guess I can put in the effort to sharpen it because it’s a good looking knife, but never have I ever ordered or bought a knife, even worth less than this, that’s this dull. Also, the point is flat, not sharp and triangular like an actual knife. It’s pretty good if you just need something quick and cheap to roleplay/cosplay with.

I wanted a letter opener, this works okay, but the blade is dull. Can be sharpened I suppose. Stainless steel. A little larger than I thought it was going to be, but it's okay. Looks medieval enough if you wanted it for a costume
