The brushed nickel finish is exactly the tone I was looking for with these hooks. They are the backbone for the bag landing zone for my household. They hold my kiddo's heavy school bag, my purse and me and my hubby's laptop bags with no issues. They are screwed into studs because I don't think sheetrock anchors would cut it for how frequently the hooks are loaded and unloaded. They mounted easily with a stud finder and 1-1/2" screws, the hook material is smooth with no jagged edges, and we've yet to pinch any fingers. A good design and execution overall.

Well made because it's just a solid piece of metal and the design is more interesting than the crap you'd find at Home Depot or Lowes.
