This is very nice thread. Doesn't tangle when hand sewing. Holds well.Unfortunately, it does not say in the product description that you can NOT use it on a regular sewing machine because of the spindle it is on.

Cheaper than buying on a small spool and more convenient. I used it to sew cotton duck canvas as I needed a smooth thread that wouldn't pull and tangle while working with so many thick layers. I believe this is a size 30 thread and worked beautifully. I was having difficulties with thread breakage before switching to this one. Thread quality and size matters.
