I recommend getting the Cobalt 8 as this doesn't have all the features but this is still a very cool synth - I ended up buying the Cobalt 8 and keeping this as well. The Cobalt5s doesn't have as many filter or effect choices as the 8.The MODALapp is the best synth patch editing software I've ever seen/used so you will want to download and use that. I've also got the Argon 8 and love all three.

I was looking for a small synth to pair with my Opsix and noticed that this was on a very good sale from amazon (and other retailers) at the time. The sound of the synth seemed pretty good for the limited amount of time that I spent with it. But, wow, I am not sure how anyone can tolerate the keybed on this synth. I wasn't looking for Fatar quality or anything. However, my fingers actually were hurting after playing on it. It was overly stiff and spongy. I had to return it and I will keep looking.
