I did like the elastic strap so I found a stick and glued it to the side and held it. The mask was absolutely gorgeous and I had several young ladies trying to snatch it out of my hands and asking if they could borrow it to take photos of themselves. I think I had the nicest mask at the ball!

I can't give a full review of this item, except to say that the quality was amazing. The color stood out and it had a nice feel and weight to it. I never opened the item, which leads me to an issue. I wanted to return it, but I wasn't allowed. It would be nice to have that option.

Bought for my daughter's masquerade ball. These are very sturdy and made of metal material. They easily tie in the back and are more comfortable to wear than the ones with elastic. I love that it came with 2 masks, for a couple. Great price!

Wore these for a wedding party and we couldn't wear them the entire time because they just didn't stay on well or sit comfortably on our faces. Fit was possible to mold them to your individual facial features these would have been perfect.

We ordered a couple sets of mask knowing that we would keep one set that fit better. These ones did not fit well at all, and even though it says that it is returnable, I'm unable to start the return process. When going in to return, it asks me silly questions like if I tried changing the batteries or turning it off/on again. These are plastic masks with absolutely no electronics. When I click the button that this did not resolve my problem (duh), is says to try another solution, which is just the same list of ridiculous suggestions that in no way apply to a plastic mask. Seriously, what do I have to do to return these!?!
