The combination enclosure did not look and feel sturdy and solid but it's probably why it was priced this low. Our office has a secured perimeter and burglar alarm so it's still good enough for our limited need of making it just a little harder for would-be thief to grab the equipment away from a desk.

arrived early than expected. I have more than 6 laptop/notebook cable locks, some of them are easily brocken (mainly for poor lock pin design),this one is good, the US patented lock pin is really good, completely differuant with others, will not break like others, easy to lock, looks hard to break. I will buy this again if needed.

I thought it looked of good quality but by accident my laptop got stuck and when it pulled too hard the pins that lock it onto the laptop bent easily and slipped right out of the lock. junk

Lock does not match what is shown in the picture. This does not fit standard "t-lock" slots on laptops. I'm honestly not sure what this design was intended for, but is certainly not for the most standard laptop lock slot. It has more of an "S" shape, with two locking cylinders underneath each hook of the "S"Other than the fact it doesn't fit, I liked the flat design, which is better for ultra-portables than large cylinder designs. Wish it was as advertised!

Very good lock, and the fact that isn't a combination lock, misplacing the key is not an issue. Been there, done that,,,
