I seen this product on social media and decided to give it a try. I used this to clean my coffee maker and get all the gunk out. My coffee maker isn't that old, but was once used on a more regular basis. Lately, I've noticed it had a much more staler taste to my coffee and wasn't sure why it wasn't tasting as good. After I filled the reservoir with water, I dropped in a tablet and let it sizzle away. Almost like a baking soda reaction, it fizzed up in the water for a bit, then I ran the coffee cycle. It cleaned up the inside of the reservoir as well as the rest of the passage ways the water travels through before getting to the brew point. It drained a lot of crud out of it into the pot. The water came out light brown and you could see the amount of build up that was inside the reservoir disappear. I ran a couple of cycles of plain water through after and finished draining the system to make sure it was clean and ready to use. After brewing my first new pot of coffee, it was like a brand new machine. I used a special brand of coffee I received as a gift that was from the D.R. and could not understand before cleaning the machine why I didn't like the taste of it, but I also noticed it with other brands of coffee not having the right taste. After the cleaning, these coffees tasted so much better!This product is not a gimmick at all. It works well and it gets rid of that stale, moldy taste that could be left behind with the water remnants that typically form from steam and stay inside the machine, the excess coffee grounds that might splash around and clog the arteries of the coffee maker's water passages and tubing. This product also is really great for cleaning up the coffee pot as well. Let some water flow through, while it is hot, let one of the tablets go into the pot and let it fizz and sit for a few minutes, rinse out and dry and it makes the glass look so much cleaner, eliminating any residue you might miss with hand washing alone.My only wish is for this product to be a little more affordable, but considering the abilities it has, I am not mad about the price, and will more than likely order more in the future when needed if still available!

This package comes a full one year supply, and has a log chart on the back of the lid which is so useful for keep tracking the usage. Very thoughtful. The pill works as designed, mild concentration, one full tank water with a pill will clean the coffee machine. Nice products.

Works very well. Cleans the machine and easy to use. Bottle didn’t leak however I needed to clean the pot with water a couple more times after descaling due to the strong after taste.

Great product. I used white vinegar because the Keurig brand cleaner was too expensive. I followed the easy instructions and cleaned out my Keurig scale, and I have some to describe for the rest of the year. Awesome company. I have also used their washing machine cleaner, which works great. I highly recommend it.

I usually use vinegar to descale my coffee maker, but decided to try this product because this company makes great cleaning products. This product works very well. After 1 use, my coffee maker is so much more cleaner and I noticed that my coffee tastes better. Just place 1 tablet into the water tank of your coffee maker and let it run a few times for a good clean. I think it's worth the money.

I use the dishwasher washing machine and garbage disposal products from this company and they all work very well and are much less expensive than Afresh which I use to use. I used the coffee maker cleaner and it was very easy to use. The tablet dissolves very well and I could see some scale in the water with this cleaner in it. I have also used vinegar in the past but that is much more difficult to use. It smells and I use to run 4 pots of fresh water to clean out the smell and taste. This product recommends using one pot of fresh water I used 2 just to make sure. I have a Keurig duo so I have to put cleaner in the coffee pot side and single use side. This product is extremely easy to use there are no offense odors and it’s is very inexpensive. It works just as good as Afresh.

I bought these to use on my Miele Superautomatic Coffee Machine because the price seemed great for such a large quantity of tablets. After receiving the package, I realized that while there are a lot of tablets, they are only 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the Miele brand tablets, so I am left feeling like I need to use two at a time in which case I will get half the advertised duration. Further, the first time using them, they did not completely dissolve in the water tank. After the machine had done it's countdown and then ran the descale cycle, I found that there were tiny pieces of the tablets littering the bottom of the water tank. Given that the Miele brand tablets dissolve completely and do not leave chunks, I freaked out a little that maybe my machine had sucked undissolved pieces of tablet in during the cleaning cycle but thankfully have had no ill effects. I will try again next time a descaling cycle is required and if the next two tablets don't fully dissolve I probably will not use these again and will go back to paying more for the Miele brand tablets.

Love this product and will absolutely buy again. I gambled and bought the cleaning tablets for single cup. I followed instructions. I did have to do a search just to verify waiting for tablet to fully dissolve. Ran the two cycles and then rinsed reservoir and ran two cycles to flush. My machine runs like new. No more restricted water stream! Love this! Great price and very nicely packaged. It is so nice to get exactly what was described.

The best coffee machine cleaning product! I’ve tried many other descaling solutions for my coffee maker, but this takes the cake. You can actually hear it working as you descale your machine, which is amazing. And there are 24 uses, which is a great bang for your buck!

I run a descaling solution through my coffeemaker when it indicates it needs to be cleaned, the label on this product recommends using it far more often. I suppose it depends on the type of water you have coming out of your tap or what you use in your machine. I use it exactly as directed (I think I actually dilute it even more) and even after 2 full plain water cycles afterwards, I find it does still leave behind a slight smell and taste. It's not a nasty chemical taste or anything but it's definitely there. Hoping they tweak the formula just a bit in the future to avoid this.

Effective, easy to use (only 1 rinse needed). As others have said, give some time for the tablet to dissolve, before running your machine.

I have a double kuerig coffee maker, pot and single serve. Used all kinds of descalers nothing worked, could not get it to work anymore. Let me tell you one tab and hot dog we’re brewing again! Saved me a lot of money, thinking I needed to replace it! Great product.
