I take a cup of ice tea to work every day. This Mason jar works great. I've found that 4 heaping tablespoons is the perfect amount of the herbal tisane I use. I haven't experienced any leaks. It's easy to keep clean and the filter rinses easily.

I purchased this item after seeing a similar, more expensive version of this same cold brewer being sponsored on Facebook. Amazon was half the price!Even though I can’t compare the almost identical items (as I only purchased my brewer from Amazon) - I can tell you this brewer made a fantastic cup of cold brew tea. The directions were clear and concise, as well. The only thing I will add as a tip is to be sure you don’t loose the two rubber pieces that keep the unit from leaking. They are small, so be sure to keep track of them when washing. Dishwasher safe. I bought the larger size and I love it. I would say ONLY use cold water, not hot, or it will break per the previous reviews. If you want to brew hot tea, buy something different. This is a green light to purchase this item for anyone looking to brew cold tea!

Delicious tasty cold brew! I drank some today after only five hours of being in the fridge since I don’t like my coffee super strong. The seal under the lid isn’t attached very well because it came off in the container so I had to dump the other half of the container out but I was concerned about the seal not being clean so that’s why I dumped it. The jar is very easy to clean and has a cute design.

Love this set, I use it all the time to make my own cold brew coffee.Be aware that when you make your cold brew, once you take the strainer with the coffee grounds out you have half a jar, but it is concentrated coffee.If you want more, buy a larger size. I have a second jar to start another batch.

This jar makes two cups of cold brew (for me) which is perfect! It doesn’t leak, easy to wash and the lid and filter can fit in any standard mason jar so we always have back up!
