When you have limited space, then you have to make good use of that space. That’s what I like about this collapsible basket. We have used it multiple times when camping, and fishing. We’ve used it for picnics, as a wash basin, and for transporting goods. It is nice having a collapsible basket/bin with an actual lid. The lid stays securely on during transport. The lid is also designed to be used as a table. We haven’t really used it for that purpose. There are little silicone rubbery feet that can be installed on the legs of the table/lid to keep it from sliding around when used. The lid and basket itself are thickly, and durably made. To me, the greatest feature is its collapsing ability. Making it very easy to store when not in use. There is an anti-collapsing bracket/metal plate provided. This will allow you to make the basket non-collapsing. We have used this feature a few times to allow us to stack lightweight items on top it. This is a handy basket to have, and I would purchase it again.

This collapsible basket is cleverly designed. And it seems to be well made.It has some nice features. The lid has two foldable metal legs underneath so that it can convert to a table. Although of course if you're using it as a table then the basket is not covered. And it comes with four anti-slip pads that you have to install on the metal legs. I don't know why it just didn't come with them already installed. Because it took me a little bit of fussing to get them on.The lid / table has two indentations for cups. But they're a little small in diameter. They're not big enough to hold my water bottle, for example. And there's a long narrow indentation, and I'm not sure what that's for. When the basket is fully collapsed it's about 4 inches thick. So that makes it easier to store but it's still not flat. When it's fully open it has quite a large capacity. It has two plastic handles that rest on the sides or pull up for carrying. But it's not exactly a comfortable grip. When the basket is fully open, the bottom and top sections of the sides are firm plastic but the middle section is kind of rubbery and soft. That's the collapsible part. So it comes with a metal supporter which looks sort of like a bookend. And it's not really clear but I think they intend for you to put that on the outside so that you can set something heavy on top of the basket without it collapsing. But it makes no sense to me because they only provided one supporter. So the other side can still collapse. I don't get it.And then they say you can use the supporter as a divider inside the basket. Well I guess that might be helpful but it's not like it fully divides the basket from one side to the other. It seems like it just takes up room that could be used in better ways. So I think there could have been a better solution for that. Also I noticed some scratches inside the lid which I think came from that metal supporter. The lid has two flaps that lock shut on either side.I really don't like the green color. It's sort of an olive green, or a military green. Though I saw that other people commented that they did like it. So that's a matter of personal taste. So this could be a handy basket for carrying things to a picnic or elsewhere. It obviously is not for perishable items. And you might want to bring a towel or something to wrap around the handle if you have to carry it any distance. But I think it could be quite useful in the right circumstances.

I spend a lot of time in one of our outbuildings where I do much of my work. It's a bit of a walk so it can be frustrating when I forget something and have to run back to one or the other. But since I received this amazing little do-it-all basket, I can pack everything I need and cart it from place to place with ease. The top snaps on/off and has nice solid steel legs that fold out turning it into a lap table. IT's also got two cup holders and a phone/tablet holder molded into the top. It has room for a dinner plate, drink, silverware and your tablet or phone all at the same time. I just love this table built into the top of the basket. As for the basket, It's collapsible to save on space which is nice if you don't use it everyday like I am. There's ample space inside, maybe even enough room for a twelve-pack of cans just for reference. The basket is a flexible silicone with a hard plastic snap-on lid. They include an L-shaped metal bookend looking thing that you put inside to keep your basket from collapsing during use. I probably won't be using it, because I don't plan on putting anything that heavy on top of it.I'm giving this 5 stars because of all that they've built into this multi-purpose basket. If I could give it 6 stars I would, that's how much I love this thing.

I am in love with all things collapsable lately. I saw this basket and thought it would be great for trips to the beach or picnics or going to the farmer's market. Unfortunately, the execution needs work. When you remove this from the box, you notice how flimsy it is. And when I saw there was a piece to aid stability, I knew something was up. The sides collapse with the slightest pressure. Separately, the table started to bend at about 10 lbs., and the same for the basket. This "stabilizer" itself looks like a plain metal bookend that I guess is supposed to be in the middle? Which, if you have larger items, won't work. Finally, and this is annoying, the stabilizer part doesn't fit inside the basket when it is fully collapsed. Great idea, but not ready for prime time.

As we do a lot of camping, beach days, hiking etc I thought this might be something good for us. But it's just cheap plastic that you probably are going to discard relatively quickly. The material is easily stretched and punctured. The divider thing that's supposed to give it stability is just annoying. I can pretty much guarantee you've already got things in your house that you can use in place of this. Don't waste your money.
