Two bedspreads were purchased for two twin beds in the same room. The bedspread was lovely with a sweet patchwork design with lace and scallops. So why the low rating? Firstly the picture showed a bedspread with two pillow shams. I received one bedspread period. I called Amazon telling them I was missing a bedspread, etc. they sent a mattress pad. Called again and received a sofa cover, third attempt another mattress pad followed by yet another sofa cover.The product can be no better than their ability to deliver it, hence they get one star.
