Nice patch, now we need our team to play a bit better. Hubby wanted a patch to put on his new cap, so ordered the only one they had. This one is the right size & looks great. It comes with a hard backing, so you have to heat it up with a hair dryer to peel it off. Have not seen that before. But it came off after a couple tries.

My friend is extremely picky about clothes and got a long sleeve that he liked however it has an Alabama team on it and wanted something to cover it up. We got this sewed it on and it is his new favorite shirt. The threads didn't come loose and it fit perfectly.

Before you buy it, be aware that this is NOT a sew-on patch. It has a hard, stiff plastic backing and is meant for autographing or straight display. It doesn't say this in the product description so I bought it thinking that it was a simple sew-on patch. However, if you're looking for a Colorado Avalanche patch just to display or get autographed, then it's great. The embroidery is high quality, it's relatively large for a team logo patch, and the colors are vivid.All in all, a nice buy if you want an autographable patch. But be aware that it can't be sewed or ironed onto anything.
