I bought each of my 3 grandkids a colored pencil set for Christmas.These are the sharpeners I got to use with them. Their father reports no problems with them. They are awesome little safety sharpeners that very young children can easily and safely handle.

I am a public school teacher and private tutor. We sharpen a lot of pencils. These cute sharpeners work exactly as expected and travel well in bags because they keep closed. One of the 4 sharpeners came broken, but the price was so good that I didn't worry about replacing it. This can sharpen a large amount of pencils before needing emptying.

In about a month the first one broke. The caps do not stay on so well, which defeats the purpose. I wanted these so that things can stay clean, small enough to go with everything else in my child back Pack. They do sharpen well, but it just makes a mess.
