For a first time wrap, It was super easy to install. It does take some heat to stretch it and mold it into the bends of my helmet.Doing this for the first time, it took me only one roll [I chose the shortest one for this].The color is so pretty. I love the green and blue color changing hues. The quality is pretty good! It's durable and I think good for the wallet. It's also easy to remove if you mess up somewhere.

I have not used the product yet, but am sharing some pictures of what it looks like in the shade and direct sunlight and at different angles. You may not know it has a bright metal flake color unless the light hits it just right — perhaps within 10-15 degrees of perpendicular to the vinyl. Otherwise it appears as a dark burgundy similar to red wine. I think it would be really cool on a large surface.

It is no where near the color it shows in the pic. It is not red at all it is a burnt orange color. Waisted money and took forever to get. you can see in the pic my license plate frame is RED. this stuff is orange

Im looking to wrap my experimental aircraft wings, long story, I had paint damage do to fuel spillage and a mat being left on the wing. I never liked the the paint quality anyway and have been looking to either re paint or wrap the it. I've been looking for the correct color most of the orange wraps are just yellow. The Wrap went on easy I put it on dry, videos show it can be installed wet, if I do a bigger section I think it would be easier to get the bubbles out applying it wetted. The info says it has a removable clear cap but I could not find one, like on 3M 2080. The wrap seems thicker and harder to cut over 3M wich will be good.

Applying it was easy. Cutting around all those edges was more difficult, definitely takes a steady hand. It doesn't stretch very well. I'll probably take it off and try it again later. It kinda matches my truck seats.

I will be using this on my R32 it's gorgeous I bought sample sizes of the gloss demon red and the shadow green to try and make up my mind on which one I put pictures of both colors during the day and night time for good reference I think I'll be going with the green!!!

Very forgiving but I probably did everything wrong. Still extremely tedious for a first timer. I finally figured out you have to keep it slightly taut as you push the air out. Knife tape does not work in my experience, the stuff is too thick unless they make thicker wire tape. However the tape did serve as a good guide for my exacto knife. I had a ton of air bubbles by the end as the backing started to settle since this took me forever. I ended up using a safety pin to puncture and let the air out and you can’t even tell. Stuff healed up really well. I’m happy with my end result.

This is a very good product, heavy weight. However, it did not work for my application to cover a small, odd shaped and intricate plastic item. Even with cleaning the plastic surface with alcohol and heating the film to activate the adhesive, I could not obtain a sufficient bond.I am sure that on a relatively flat metal surface, it would work great.

I have been happy with VViViD products before. I steel enjoying the look of my old car. Good qualities, easy to work with. BUT this time around I have got a big surprise from this company.First: the roll was not packed in carton box. 2nd: nylon wrap was damaged both sides of the roll. And 3rd the roll itself was damaged both ends.I hope its not the normal practice in this company. Thanks to Amazon hustle free return and I can try again.good think is that i steel have an old carton box from previous purchase and i was able to pack it and send it back very quickly.

ColorFusion?? Adhesive is poor, stretch it and adhesion goes to zero…the white is not opaque either. Not sure what would make this a better choice than the XPO stuff. I’ll use it for making templates I can then throw away.
