A size or maybe 2 sizes too big for a girls shoe size. The sole is plastic, not rubber.

This item was delivered to me! A used pair of boots! Absolutely unaccceptable! Not only did I receive a used item, they were also the wrong size! The box was a 5 as I ordered but the boots a size 3!
