This spring was clearly either very used or painted green and packaged to seem like an upgraded spring i have my doubts it actually is. What am I getting here? buyer beware

See two pictures, the first was the old and new of two components we replaced on our torque converter system, one being this green Comet spring. The second picture is of our old Yerf Dog using this system with it all put back together. Between these parts and a good cleaning and lubricating, the system functions as new and takes off well and shifts smoothly. Great price and quick to ship. Thank you!
