The COMEXION V5.0 A8 is great for anyone looking to start out in the world of bluetooth. The earpiece comes with a wide range of tips to allow for a great, comfortable fit for the user. It is very easy to use and has straightforward and intuitive button design. I have always had a problem with bluetooth headsets falling off, but this headset stays put no matter what I'm doing.I originally purchased one for my husband, but quickly realized....I want one too *pouts*. In an awesome strike of luck, our purchase contained a scratch card for a chance at discounts or even....a free headset! We won the first prize of a free headset. So, I was able to get one for free :o yay! Now, my husband (who is a heavy vehicle and heavy equipment mechanic and farmer and is up, down, in the grit, driving here to there, lots of strain and movement) can talk to me hands free with confidence knowing the earpiece is going to stay put while still doing what needs to be done, and I (a farm wife and mother) can continue to get all of my dailies done including gardening while my phone sits nice and safe in a nearby location. I can clean my entire house and still take calls without cramping my neck or accidentally dropping my phone in....unsavory places because my phone is sitting nice and safe in kitchen. The ability to listen to music, movies, and games privately is also awesome. I can listen to all the hard rock, metal, and inappropriate songs I want without my kids hearing :DNow that I have raved awhile, I would like to talk about some of the cons. We have noticed that some days, we can go more than 30 feet from the phone, and some days...not so much. Like some others have stated, the noise cancellation on this device is lacking (as with a lot of earpiece only bluetooth headsets), and yes, we can hear EVERYTHING on the other end. My husband will remark, "my god, she's loud," (referring to our daughter) but really our daughter is speaking normally. Turning the volume down on the earpiece didn't fix this for us. doing so only caused difficulty in hearing the other person, and we still had the issue of being able to hear the other person's background noise. Backup beepers at the grocery store are horrible on the end of a bluetooth that is stuck firmly (albeit comfortably) in your hear. We also have the issue that sometimes our voices become robotic for some reason. I have found that making sure both devices are fully charged up again somewhat resolves this issue, and if in doubt, perform a factory reset of the device by holding the call button for 6 seconds while the device is charging (that part is key: while the device is charging). The customer service crew at COMEXION is very courteous and pleasant to contact. They are very customer centered and reply very quickly. If you have issues with your product, don't hesitate to contact them. I'm not a people person, and I often will exhaust all options before contacting customer service simply because...well...most people suck lol, but the customer service at COMEXION is wonderful. After my experience with Crystal from customer service, I won't hesitate to contact them if a large issue with my device ever presents. All in all, this is a great bluetooth device for those wishing to wade into the world of bluetooth without shelling out big bucks. If you're looking for superior noise cancellation or if the bluetooth turning you into Mr. Roboto sometimes is a deal breaker, then my advice would be to choose a different bluetooth. Devices with an arm that extends toward the mouth are supposed to have better noise cancellation than the just earpiece version. The COMEXION A12 headset is built this way and, according to the description on their website, claims to offer echo cancellation, noise suppression, stable signal, and crystal sound. So, maybe that one would be better for those needing better noise cancellation.

I have been a longtime loyal customer of Plantronics. The Voyager series earpiece is better than a full headset, since I can wear my cowboy hat while talking. The bad side is that after 3 or 4 months, the rubber starts to fall apart, and crack. I was getting so tired of paying almost $100, for a piece of equipment that would not even last a year. When it was time to buy yet another one, I came across this product. I decided to give it a try. For about 1/3rd of the price, I figured it would be ok, even if it didn't last long.Well was I ever pleasantly surprised!First of all, the fit was much more comfortable than the Plantronics. I honestly can wear this earpiece all day, and not be bothered by it being in my ear. It truly does have "all day comfort". The only bad thing about that, is I spent 20 minutes looking for it one day, and it was already in my ear.Next is the battery life. I am more than happy with the talk time I get from each charge, and standby time is amazing. When it is time to charge this earpiece, you do so with a standard micro usb cable, not some goofy magnetic clip that is overpriced, and wears out quickly.I drive for a living, and I can get out of my car or truck, and stay connected to my phone inside. I usually can walk about 40 feet away, before losing connection. Now we come to sound quality, and noise cancellation. In a car, you couldn't ask for better sound. Not a perfect 10 score, but a solid 9 out of 10. People I talk to say I sound good, even if I am in my truck. Talking in either car or truck, with the Windows rolled down, while moving, does take away from the sound quailty just a small bit, but I am still understood well on the other end of the call, and I can hear them fine too.I am happy beyond words that I found this earpiece. 12 to 14 hour days behind a steering wheel can take a lot out of you. Anything that makes your job a little easier, is well worth the investment. At the price of this earpiece, that investment comes at a price that is very easy to handle.**UPDATE** 7/29/2020I just bought a second one of these. You can talk all you want baout how good something is, and not really mean it. When I spend my money on something that I have already used, it says a lot. Now, when the battery dies on one of my earpieces, I can simply switch to the 2nd earpiece, while the 1st one is recharging. The first earpiece I bought is doing well, and showing no signs of wear, after using it every single day, for over 2 months. I work hard, and my electronic equipment is subjected to a tough environment. This earpiece is standing up to the abuse better than I could ever have hoped for.If you are going to buy this earpiece, make sure its the same seller as i bought from. This seller has been a pleasure to deal with, and their Representative CRYSTAL takes customer satisfaction very seriously. I know this is a long review, but when I find a good deal, I love to let everyone know about it.

I choiced this headset due to high rating and multiple positive reviews. Received and tested today. Looks like quality made with luxiry exterior. However, the headset is faulty straight out of the box. The experience upon the first full charge:1) pairing is uneven2) voice and sound quality is somewhat disaster3) it is impossible to redial last number by double clicking on the main buttonreturn.4) no any sign of automatic reconnecting after the headset is powered on or phone is restarted.Stop testing any further. Do not recommend to someone
