We install a lot of these and have never had any serious problems we could not work out on the job site. This one had a very very small dent in the back that could not be seen by anyone once installed. The fan is very powerful. This is a great unit if you need to move a lot of air.

Received package, undamaged and in great shape . No problems with the delivery. Installation was easy, I used the mounting template to make my life easier. I disconnected the 3 prong plug and hardwired the unit which is not very difficult.Installed the straight stack with a 6†outlet all works great. The finish product looks great. The fan is powerful and it is not very noisy. I think the suction is great. it should be over my stove for a ling time.

Very nice product. Exhaust fan with three settings works perfect. The lights are bright, but should be mounted on the front of the unit, not the rear. The stainless is high quality. Installing was easy. Exhaust fan is fairly quiet.

We purchased this Comfee range hood in November 2024 during our home remodel. Within two weeks of installation, the digital control panel fell out due to two broken plastic clips. I contacted the manufacturer and went back and forth through more than 20 emails. Comfee initially requested photos, the model, and the serial number, which I promptly provided. Despite the photos clearly showing the broken part, they claimed they didn’t have a replacement and insisted I MUST return the entire unit for inspection before deciding on a resolution.I explained that it costed me more than $300 to install the range hood initially, and now removing it, shipping it back, and reinstalling a replacement would cost me an additional at least $500 + damage our new kitchen remodel wall. So on top of the unit cost, it would cost me $800 extra just to hope I can have something functioning. This is extremely unreasonable for a unit that costs about $200. I asked for a replacement part/unit or a refund instead, but they denied my request repeatedly.The company's lifetime and satisfaction warranty is 100% misleading and offers absolutely zero value. Comfee expects customers to spend hundreds of dollars to address their defective products under warranty, which is completely unacceptable. If you value your money, time, and your newly remodeled kitchen, avoid this product. It’s been a massive waste of both my time and money.

Hood came in perfect condition. The packaging was good and no issues with delivery. The hood is very nice. Looks great. Installation was straightforward. I had to do a little electrical to get the power there but other than that it went smooth. It anchors to the wall with screws so it's pretty strong. Once installed I tested the lights and fan and it worked great and looks great.

So happy with my purchase! I had it professionally installed so I can’t speak to the installation but the look, and functionality is great however, the fan is a tad bit loud and the price isn’t bad either!

vibrates too much on high speed, otherwise i like it. looks good. had an issue finding charcoal filters for it. amazon should be selling the whole product, not just the fan.

2 stars since unit is an easy install and works plus delivery was prompt however prepare to possibly return item due to damage. First one arrived bent on side and front right corner, return for replacement is easy however second one has shown up damaged as well in same side area. Tried contacting manufacturer and they have no interest in quality and referring me back to Amazon was their solution. Amazon doesn't want to offer any other options but to return for a refund. I personally need to complete my project so I've opted tap out damage and use the product (it is a decent price) just be prepared if ordering.
