Simple to install. Instructions are very good. And Furnaces is work flawlessly. Recommending this to anybody.

It arrived damaged. Asked for exchange for undamaged one. Nope, only return and refund allowed. UPS picked it up for return a month ago. Still haven't been refunded my money.

Like the size and the style.It doesn't have a fan so the heat doesn't get pushed around the room. A lot of clicking as it hests and cools.

I purchased this and installed it pretty simply. Instructions are a little vague on the exterior of the house and how it's supposed to look, but I figured it out. After turning it on there was a slight stream of smoke coming from the unit. After a while it made the whole room smell like burnt plastic and I couldn't even be in the room. I ended up opening up all of the windows and turning it on high to try and. burn off whatever it was. Smelled still lingered for a while. It heats up the room, but smell is terrible.
