I absolutely love these velcro versions and use them all over my house for art. I even use them to keep my dryer door open while I'm loading it because it tends to try and swing closed while I'm working. One on the wall and one on the outside of the door. The same set has lasted 3 years so far on the dryer. I have removed art pieces from the wall many times and have never had paint come off or damage. Just be sure to pull straight down or up, not towards you. Also, I've used the ones that don't have velcro and don't find them as dependable. Stick to these velcro versions and pay attention to the recommended weight limits.

These things work fantastic. They are very easy to remove when the time comes to actually remove them. I will say this, however: make sure your paint will properly support it. I’ve heard from friends that they’ve damaged paint with these, though I have not experienced that in the 4 places I’ve used them. I had the opposite problem on one place which had a very poor paint quality to begin with: they fell off. The type of paint they fell off had a very chalky feel to it. A more normal paint type has no problem holding secure.

Initially wanted a variety of the normal adhesive strips, but turns out these were the velcro kind where you took two of the strips and stuck them together first, BEFORE you even hang anything up. Cool concept for hanging up pictures but not sure how these will work with regular Command hooks. Will update when I find out!

I use command strips ALOT for EVERYTHING!! These things sell themselves and from a market leading manufacturer. If you dont know what they are buy some, you'll never have to go back to hammer and nails again and they have a product range that will suit most tasks ðŸ‘

Ever since I found these hanging strips I can't stop buying them. They are amazing to use, they don't rip the paint off the walls and they are very strong, I definitely recommend buying these!!
