Cheap construction, I feel like you have to be careful with components. Used twice.. good results. Seems to recover heat pretty quick. We will see how long it lasts with gentle use.

I cut my fingers on that thin azz metal and when I first used it started smoking and I had just turned it on never again it’s not worth it

Must be used in a commercial environment. If used at home the fryer trips the breaker when both sides are plugged in. The reason I purchased it was for both fryers to cater a party but I was only able to use one side. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, the one side heats up quickly and fries great.

Was expecting a little more from this fryer. Wish is may have gone up a bit more in heat. It does this thnig where is doesnt stay the temp while the fryer is on, more of a on and off type of thing. So while at times the fryer would be hot and frying it would all of a sudden not fry as hot when the light turns off.
