I use this reed to create Cherokee Double-Wall baskets. It's the same product that you can find on other websites, but it's getting harder and harder to find round reed online or in any store. On Amazon, it's cheaper and you can get Prime shipping. I have started dying the material myself as well with check ($2.50ish) boxes of Rit dye. This is also much cheaper than the pre-dyed stuff you can find on basket weaving websites. The quality is comparable to any other round reed, though you need to know how to take care of it. The reed must be wet to weave with, but if you leave it in the water the whole time you're weaving, it will fray. Also, if you dye it and then do not immediately dry it, it might get moldy. But this is all true for any reed. Overall, this is my go to for reed.
