I finally decided to try an earpiece at the end of my career 😂 works great and it only took a few hours to get used of wearing it. A lot of the other guys bought the same one and have had the same one for years so it should last. Last thing it’s comfortable and the clarity is very good in my opinion.

This is my second time purchasing this same product. Very reputable brand and the warranty is spot on. Only reason I needed a new one was my own error. But hands down out last any other one I’ve ever owned.

The overall quality of the earpiece is excellent for the price although the materials itself are cheaply made. But the sound in the earpiece is clear; not perfect, and dependable enough when communication is essential in my line of work. The biggest issue I foresee is the swivel connection and incredible discomfort when utilizing the ear mold, otherwise I will gladly purchase another as backup. 8/10

LEO here, been using this product for about 6 months now. I’ll never go back to not wearing one ever again. The sound quality is great in my opinion. The volume is not a problem, it can either be super quiet or super loud just gotta find your preference. The feedback comes in really clear and I’ve had no problem hearing traffic even in loud environments. I think it’s a great overall product. After about 6 months of use, the cord loses is clear look and turns a little yellow, only bad thing I guess.

The construction quality feels decent enough, and at least with my Baofeng UV-5R it is plenty loud in the earpiece (almost too much, have to run it at lowest volume)However... only about half of the acoustic energy goes down the tube to your ear while the rest gets blasted through the casing and out into the world at large. In a noisy commercial environment, that's not a problem. But, if you're a hunter or tactical user who wants to be able to receive comms with external silence, then this will NOT work.On the plus side, the provided earpieces are very comfortable (just wish it came with right AND left).For the $10 I spent on it, I'll keep it and toss it in the ever growing box of disused radio gear for some day it might be useful, but I am a bit disappointed that it doesn't fill my needs satisfactorily.

I am a manager at a night club and the security staff has been buying the bulk packages of the listen only pieces. I thought for sure since this was a little more expensive and looked quality that it would be better. I was very wrong. I don't do anything other than plug it into my HM-220 Remote Speaker Microphone and use it to hear what is happening during concerts and events. It worked for 3 events. We don't have events consecutively. So the first week it worked. Needed it two weeks later, it worked, needed it about 4 days later and it worked. Now it doesn't work. If I twist the 3.5mm jack around you can occasionally find a "sweet spot" and it will work. But it is garbage. Bought a pair of Klipsch Reference R62 II and they not only sound better but work 10 times better. Just unfortunate I have a piece of garbage that only worked 3 times now they dont work at all. The headset was tried on multiple remote microphones and they still did the same thing. So it isnt the microphone or I'm pretty sure the Klipsch wouldn't work either. Suggest you just go to a police/security equipment store and buy something good quality.
