I bought this because I needed to measure for pushrod length in a SBC with a hydraulic flat tappet cam (Comp 12-210-2/268H). I figured the pushrod seat depth for hydraulic and mechanical lifters from Comp would be the same. They are not, so if you are buying this for the same reason as I did... not going to work! These have a deeper seat and will not give you an accurate measurement.
