I did a lot of research and comparisons between a lot of cams before purchasing this one for my 1967 Chevy truck with the original 327. I decided to do a top end rebuild and upgraded the top end with some 2.02/1.6 valve heads and a Edelbrock intake. This extreme energy cam sounded like it would work well for a street motor and have great low to mid range torque along with good horse power. Truck runs great with a good idle and pushes my heavy truck around with plenty of power!

The cam is very nice and came with stickers too lol. Well packaged and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. 3 days later it was on my doorstep. Can’t wait to see how it does in my 350 swapped s10!

Great sound, decent vacuum, and usable power. Put in a C10, 388 stroker, brodix 180ik heads and holley sniper EFI. Recomend at least a 2500 stall. 14 wide in tires in the rear with 308 gears and it will rip them loose and pull past 6200rpm.

I put this in my 350. Broke in the cam like the instructions said, used break in additive in the oil. I drove the truck 40 miles and had 9 lifters to collapse and ruined my pushrods. Metal shavings were in my engine. I’m done with comp cams.

However, I think that I will change to a roller lifter cam the next time that my engine is apart. Same cam profile, but a roller has it's advantages.
