Install was a breeze. The plug in cord is nice, adequate in length as we purchased 2 , we had one bath with a bit of a stretch to the plug. The air volume is good, and heats instantly. One of the better sensors, it starts and stops instantly.

This is a very poor design for a commercial application. The only positive is that at least it has a center spindle that goes through the center of your "coreless" rolls of toilet paper. The problems are that the door can be slid (and forced) to access the second roll of tp when the first roll is over half full yet?? The just plain dumb design is that the lower half of the dispenser is the smoked clear part which means that if someone tore off the paper right next to the roll, it wouldn't be known unless you stood on your head (while on the toilet) to see that the first roll wasn't completely used up yet. The cause is that the top half of the dispenser is a solid dark plastic?? It's very frustrating to spend time messing with the dispensers or simply wasting partial rolls of tp.

Paraît bien mais la porte coulissante est raide à faire déplacer d'un côté à l'autre. J'aime le format petit du distributeur...ne prend pas beaucoup de place.

One of them it's missing part from inside for switching side. Be aware ! It's small core to hold paper. Regular toilet paper with cardbord center will not work to switch sliding door if you don't remove inside mechanism.
